The story of d’Avenza tailors finds its roots in the territory. The first tailors were mine workers in Carrara who, emigrated to the Us, came back to their territory of origin carrying with them the Us pragmatism, skills and serial process, contributing in reaching a lighter and more simplified construction of the garments using lighter and modern fabrics. Moreover, thanks to the specialization at the Chester Barrie, in the Cheshire, the new professionals managed to perfectly combine the lightness and the Italian tradition along with the British expertise.

Still today, d’Avenza finds the roots of its philosophy and of its traditional historical garments from the unique and prestigious context of the Riviera Apuana and the Versilia. Every single garment, every single sartorial jacket finds their inspiration from being born and then named after the unique environment of white marble caves and snowy heights that from just being a landscape dig themselves into the endless gilded beaches immersed in an ocean blue sea. d’Avenza has then become synonym of discreet elegance to be discovered in every single detail and in the exclusive handcraftsmanship that created the Stile Versilia, the typical lifestyle of the ‘60’s, made of elegant yet relaxed garments.
